Do we need residents on camera?
Not necessarily. While resident stories are the most powerful for building family confidence, we can also feature family members and staff, which can be just as compelling. We understand the nature of care environments and never rely on resident availability to make the day work. Whatever the mix, we plan around what is possible and make sure every voice feels natural and genuine on camera.
What is the difference between this and phone videos?
Phone videos can be fine for quick updates, but ambassador stories are designed to sit on your website and represent your brand. We handle lighting, sound, framing, and a calm interview setup, then edit the story into polished versions that feel authentic but professional.
Will people feel uncomfortable on camera?
Most people feel nervous at first. We keep it calm, use gentle prompts, and guide lightly so it feels like a conversation, not a performance.
Can we capture multiple stories in one session?
Yes. This is usually the best way to maximise a tight window. We plan a simple running order so you get variety without disrupting care.
What can we do in a half day vs a full day?
Half day is ideal for one to two strong stories plus supporting b roll. A full day allows multiple speakers, more variety, and a bigger library of cutdowns.
What do we receive?
You receive a hero story film plus a set of shorter cutdowns and micro clips, exported for web and social, and delivered in organised folders for fast rollout. Optionally, we can also capture brand photography alongside the filming day, giving you a house-style image library from the same visit. One day on site becomes a full content campaign across video, web, social and recruitment.
Can the content be used across multiple homes?
Yes. We can package stories and edits so they work across the wider group, especially when the goal is trust and reassurance.
What does it cost?
