A full day is typically around 9 hours on site. We’ll plan a clear running order around routines (meals, meds, activities, quiet times) so we get maximum usable coverage without disruption.
Can we capture interiors + lifestyle + recruitment in one day?
Yes, often. The key is prioritisation. A one-day shoot can usually capture a strong mix of lifestyle moments, a set of key spaces, and recruitment/culture shots. If you want everything at maximum volume, we’ll agree what matters most first, then build the shot list accordingly.
Do you handle talent sourcing (models if needed)?
Yes, when talent is required for the brief, we can source suitable people through specialist partners and manage casting, scheduling, releases and on-the-day coordination.
Can the library work across multiple sites?
Yes. We can create a consistent house-style library designed to work across a group. Often we can capture in one home and produce assets that are usable across multiple sites, then add future shoots only if you want site-specific imagery.
What’s included in “lightly retouched”?
Light retouching means professional “ready-to-publish” finishing: exposure and colour correction, gentle tonal shaping, cropping/straightening, and light clean-up where needed. It’s designed for websites, social, recruitment, and PR without looking over-processed. Brand-grade hero retouching for key images (website headers / campaigns) can be added as an optional upgrade.
What does it cost, and how do you quote?
Pricing depends on the number of homes, the shot list (lifestyle, interiors, staff, campaign set), whether we’re using models, and the intended usage (especially for paid campaigns).
