Seb founded RealCare Media after twenty-three years in commercial photography. His earlier client list includes Lenovo, Tesco, Cow & Gate, AEG, VW and Lloyds, with work selected for Lurzer's Archive and 200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide.

That career taught him two things that now sit at the heart of RealCare Media. The first is that anyone can capture a photograph or a video. The skill is understanding what a moment needs to communicate, then capturing it in a way a marketing team can actually use. The second is that content without a plan becomes a cost. Content built around a strategy becomes an asset that keeps working across your website, social media, recruitment and PR long after the shoot day.

RealCare Media now focuses exclusively on UK care home groups, because this is the sector where those two things matter most. Care homes are full of warmth, personality and real relationships, but so much of what gets captured misses it. Seeing that gap is what led Seb to evolve the business into video alongside photography, so the whole story of a home can be told from one production.

The name is deliberate. RealCare describes what the content captures, real life, real relationships, real care. But it also describes how the work is done: planned carefully around routines and dignity, delivered with genuine attention to detail, because Seb cares about getting this right in a way that shows in every frame. One planned shoot, months of warm, authentic content.
